Rock Tape is a special kinesiology/sports adhesive tape that provides support while allowing full range of motion. It can be use to :
- decrease pain by providing direct stimulation to the nervous system
- unload tissue therefore allowing better circulation to and from the area taped by increasing space between the skin and the rest of the tissues (muscles, bones, fascia)
- provide stimulus that improves body awareness therefore helping with posture
