I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Utah and I am fully insured through the Massage Magazine Insurance Plus. I graduated from the Kiné-Concept Institute in Montreal, Canada. I also did some continuing education classes at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, the Denver School of Massage Therapy and the Denver Integrative Massage School where I learned massage for healthy pregnancies, deep tissue massage, infant massage, lymphatic massage and Thai Yoga massage. I am certified through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards as a massage therapist. 

In addition of being a massage therapist, I am also a certified cupping therapist from the International Cupping Association.

I also have a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University in Montreal Canada. As an athletic trainer, I learned how to assess, prevent and rehab musculoskeletal injuries.

I am proud to have been one the massage therapists for the Rally cycling team and the Canadian National cycling team. Doing what I love, I had the chance to travel the world and be surrounded by amazing athletes.

When not massaging, I enjoy spending a lot of play time with my family. I grew up racing bicycles on the road and I still really enjoy to ride. I also enjoy to run, practice yoga and my new hobby since moving to Draper is mountain biking. I  love to hike, wake surf and ski, both downhill and cross country.
