Rock Tape

I attended the Rock Tape FMT Basic seminar this past weekend and I have to say I am amazed with what taping can do. Yes, I was skeptical at first, but learning about the effects and results of Rock Tape and experiencing myself the benefits of it, I cannot wait to help my clients with this new tool I am now certified with.

What is Rock Tape?
Rock Tape is a special kinesiology/sports tape that provides support while allowing full range of motion. It is used to :
- decrease pain
- unload tissue therefore allows better circulation to and from the area taped
- provide stimulus that improves body awareness

What conditions can Rock Tape help with?
Just to name a few:
- low back pain
- neck pain
- heachaches
- knee pain
- plantar fasciitis
- epicondylitis (tennis and golfer's elbow)
