I've been using the bodyCushion in my practice to work with my pregnant clients. The bodyCushion let them lay face down with no pressure on the uterus. It provides support even in the late third term of pregnancy. The bodyCushion supports the torso, unloads and decompresses the spine therefore alleviates pressure on nerve roots.
You can get more info about the bodyCushion by clicking here: bodysupport.com and by watching the youtube video I included below.
Here are some feedbacks I received from two of my clients:
"I really love how you have the pregnancy massage pillow compared to other massage places where you have to hug a pillow and lay on your side. With your option, I am able to lay face down very comfortably, and get a deep tissue massage. It's amazing considering I am only able to sleep/lay on my side for 9+ months so when I get to lay face down, it feels great. It also has great support for my stomach and my chest. I also love how you can tailor it to how my belly grows. Overall, it's very comfy and relaxing."
"The best thing about the pregnancy massage pillow was being able to lay on my stomach! You don't realize how much pressure and weight you're carrying around on your back (especially lower back) until that pressure is relieved when you lay on your stomach in the pillow. I always looked forward to my prenatal massages!"
