A few weeks ago, the inventor of Deep Recovery contacted me to share with me his self-massage tools. I was interested right away as I truly believe that self-care is one of the most important aspect of staying healthy. I often recommend my clients to use Lacrosse balls or foam rollers between our massage therapy sessions.
What I like about the Deep Recovery system is the body track and the neck track. It keeps massage balls in place as opposed to having them rolling away.
By doing so it prevents injuries and you can get them where you really need them to be. I also like the idea of using different density balls to increase or decrease the pressure to the areas you are working on.
When I first received my kit, I experimented with it on my own. Then, I went to the Deep Recovery website and found that the videos were extremely helpful. I found new ways of using massage balls and foam rollers.
I will soon have a second kit at my office so I can show how it can help you.
Stay tuned for some more articles about how to use the Deep Recovery system.
